Abstract

The provision of complete and accurate statistical data and information, especially regarding labor conditions, is one of the indicators that can be used in sustainable development planning. With the existence of accurate and sustainable data and information on employment, it will become a reference in formulating policies in the field of manpower. The Manpower Statistics of South Labuhanbatu Regency in 2021 is one of the efforts to provide information in the field of employment in the South Labuhanbatu Regency area. With various and reviews based on data from the 2020 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas), this publication is structured in such a way as to be able to become a reference in seeing an overview of labor conditions.
