Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD is carried out by the IPDS Functional Work Unit. In 2023, BPS will again hold SKD. SKD results are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of service unit performance, and analysis of anti-corruption perceptions. This analysis is complemented by presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
